Once a leak is detected and the servicing team is sent to fix the leak, who pays for this? Does Ondo pay for this or the customer pays for this? What is the cost per visit of the servicing team? If Ondo bears this cost, what was this cost for the last 12 months for Ondo?

Ondo pay for the repair as they have plumbing ‘boots on the ground’.

One Ondo plumbing specialist is able to cover a relatively large area as the number of leaks detected per day is not particularly high.

If you check the latest report and accounts on the Ondo website, you will be able to see the high margin nature of the business
